Relationship Manager - Consulting Firm

A large consulting company is looking for a "Relationship Manager" to work on a six year multi-phase program.

- This program is broadly in childhood education area.

- A Relationship Manager is expected to build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers and set a clear vision for the development of these relationships.

Some salient points are as follows :

- Work with the team to acquire clients and make decisions on which opportunities to pursue and where to stay invested in.

- Maintain a strong relationship management strategy for all partner organizations, network extensively to generate new opportunities with existing and potential partners.

- Learn and adapt as the role evolves over time.

Skills/Qualities :

- Client services focused, ability to understand the needs, challenges and aspirations of others

- Independent thinker, strong organizational skills, logical and structured thinking.

- Process oriented and ability to honor internal and external commitments

- Strong B2B servicing experience

- Education sector experience huge plus

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
