Relationship Manager - Construction/Realty Funding

We have opportunity with Indian Bank having presence at Global level.

MBA / CA Candidates can apply for Sales + Credit profile.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identifying, sourcing, analyzing, monitoring of real estate project funding proposal

- Assessing viability of the project, evaluating technical & legal aspects of the project

- Assessing funding requirement through cash flow budgeting, finalizing tenure & repayment schedule of the proposed credit facility

- Visiting the project site, analyzing the financial statements of potential borrower, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements, stipulating conditions for future monitoring.

- Maintaining good relationships with the real estate developers and working in tandem with Mortgage and Transaction banking team for providing entire banking solution to developers.

- Explore investment banking deals with the client and close the same with HNI clients, other developers and institutions.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders
