Relationship Manager - Commercial Real Estate Finance - NBFC

- Engaging with clients at senior level and analysing financing opportunities

- Structuring transactions according to client requirements including project finance, growth / expansion capital, acquisition financing, refinancing and working capital requirement

- Co-ordinate due diligence process with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors and third party vendors

- Sourcing of Mandates and Closely working with Capital Markets and Syndication team for closure of the same

- Overall handling of the transaction through product cycle including sourcing, structuring, approvals, negotiations, documentation and monitoring

- Assisting the Liability Business teams for business from the Real Estate Developers

- Portfolio monitoring and tracking of portfolio performance

- Cross-sell of products of Bank and group companies.
