Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Post Sales servicing of the Wealth Management team
- Knowledge about all the product in Wealth like MF, Fixed Deposit, Bond, AIA, PMS, Direct equities etc.
- Execute and monitor investment transaction.
- Controlling & tracking of funds movement & application of funds towards investments.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Account Opening for PMS products & Trading & Demat account.
- Worked on creating & testing of Adhoc report app.
- Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow.
- Make work plan to ensure the quality services
1. Handling Account Opening for different Investment products (Equity PMS, Debt PMS, POA, Structured Products, Real Estate funds, AIF's)
2. Ensure all documentation as required by Bank / Broker is complied with.
3. Awareness of various Investment products and documentation.
4. Client on boarding in systems (Account opening in Bank, Demat and Wealth Management)
Client Servicing :
1. Achieve zero delay tolerance on enquiries / complaints. Enhance Customer service levels & strengthen the existing relationship - mitigate client grievances, if any. Independently handle escalated cases and find resolutions for the same.
2. Assist client in basic investment needs (e.g. Portfolio enquiries, statement requests etc.) & proactive follow on documentation related to account opening & KYC Reviews with highest level of confidentiality.
