- Owning up the planning and implementation of deal originations under Enterprise Finance Vertical by carrying out the below.
- Identifying potential partners under enterprise segment across emerging to mid-corporate with average deal size of INR 20 Cr.
- Ensuring a preliminary analysis of the potential partners is carried out in order to finalize on conducting a diligence.
- Closing out the commercial negotiations with the partners and maintaining the yield and revenue targets of the organization.
- Ensuring CAMs along with the financial analysis for the wholesale partners are prepared by the team in a timely manner for the lender coverage team to utilize
- Exploring potential asset classes & structures wherein KSF could venture out in.
- Understanding the credit risk as well as identifying potential red flag events on the wholesale partners
- Co-ordinating with the partners frequently; deepening relationships and building a brand
- Ensuring conduct and conclusion of the quarterly monitoring process for the partners.
- Own up the processes to launch various financial products including but not limited to term loans, NCDs, etc.
