Relationship Manager - Business Development - Financial Institutions Group (Bangalore)

Role :

- Business Development and Relationship Management of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Structured Products

- Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy

- Management of existing relationships and origination of new relationships

- This position will report into the Head of Business Development for the FIG Group

- This position is with a leading Financial Services entity

Requirements :

- MBA/CA with 8-14 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship Management of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Structured Products in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ NBFC/ Rating Agency etc.

- Should have worked in the FIG group in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ in Debt Capital Markets

- Should have good relationship with senior people in these entities

- Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of financials of FIG entities

- Good Communication and Relationship Management Skills

- Strong marketing, Sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite

- Candidate should have high self-drive and motivation with persistence to achieve targets
