Relationship Manager - Business Banking Group

- Act as single point for customer query resolution

- To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.

- Coordinating with credit team and other related departments working capital- New client acquisition for

- Providing support in all the operational activities of bank

- Plan the activities to acquire New Client acquisition

- Customising product as per the customer requirements

- Sourcing current accounts and dealing in various Trade and Treasury Products, Bill Discounting, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit / Overdraft, Payment and Cash Management, Factoring, etc

- Acquiring trade clients, assets, forex, portfolio management, and CASA values

- Revenue generation through forex, trade and loan disbursement fees.

- Acquire & maintain customer relationship and understanding their needs for cross-sell.
