Relationship Manager - BFSI

Position Purpose:

- To develop & manage relationships with MNC Group Segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coverage of clients with revenues in excess of Rs. 2,000 Crs;

2. Ownership of business development as per agreed plans

3. Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at CXO/CFO levels

4. Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.

5. Mentoring of assistant relationship managers and analysts.

6. Franchise & brand building activities
