Relationship Manager - BFSI

We are Hiring for a Relationship Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for business origination of LAP, Home Loan and Mortgages

2. Through DSA / Open Market Channels.

3. Liaise with the underwriting / Ops team to ensure tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs in defined TAT .

5. Achieving defined sales targets and overall business objectives.

6. Market penetration & generate leads for possible sales.

7. To make sure all aspects of our clients' financial life work together to maximize opportunity and minimize risk.

8. Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction with performance through effective communication which would lead to repeat referrals.

9. Preparation of Sales Proposals, Pre &Post Sales Reports etc.dd
