They offer UHNI & HNI clients an end to end investment product suite that is tethered to in-depth research, powered by technology and delivered by a highly experienced and committed team.
About the role:
To ensure active management of clients & achieve the target active AUM
- To be responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options
- To provide regular updates to the clients regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio
- To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability
- To have clear focus on client mining
- To conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
- To attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated
- To assist in new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships
- Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs
- To attend post result con call, analyst meets for improved client servicing
- Cross-Sell of in house and Third party investment products like Mutual Funds, PE, Bonds, PMS & Structured products.
Persona:
- Working with Ultra HNIs or Family offices with more than 25cr business
- Must handle an AUM(Asset Under Management) of atleast 200-250 cr, with minimum 100cr of equity
- Portfolio mix of predominantly listed and Unlisted and Equities, Debt and Alternates
Skills/Criteria:
- Proficiency in economics, accounting, financial statements and/or statistics
- Understanding of financial risk management strategies
- Knowledge of Capital Markets + Third-party investment products like Mutual Funds, PE, Bonds, PMS, AIF and Structured products
Very strong communication & presentation skills.
- Must have good existing HNI / Ultra HNI client relationships in the market.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive passionate & target oriented.
- Must possess strong networking & relationship building skills
