- Provide prompt courteous and excellent service to all customers i.e (IFAs, NDs & Banks) and operate in accordance with the company's code of conduct.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales volume through the channels by continuous engagement with channel partners.
- Implement distribution strategies for the channel.
- Empanel distribution partners and manage relationships with them.
- Conduct regular distributor engagement activities like morning / evening huddles and product / sales trainings.
- Provide regular market feedback on competition and distributor activities.
- Call and meet at least 5 partners a day.
- Adherence to TCoC (Tata Code of Conduct)
Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
