Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

Purpose of the Role : To ensure smooth handling of banca relationships and retention of the relationship (only female candidates)

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Relationship Head-Bancassurance

Span of Control (No. of Reportees ): No direct reportees.

Responsibilities :

- Channel partners/intermediaries will be the primary source of business

- Handling relationship of Bank/NBFC

- Strong relationship skills

- GI product knowledge is must

Skills & Competencies :

- Sound Communication skills pertaining to respective territory.

- Effective training & presentation skills.

- Relationship Management

Interfaces :

(a) Internal - Underwriting/ Claims/ Product Development/ Marketing/ Operations

(b) External - All Channel Partners and Clients

Qualification and Experience :

- Graduate/Post graduate/MBA/PGDBM/AIII

- Min 5 years of experience in GI industry

- Experience in Relationship handling will be preferred

- Only female candidates
