For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Relationship Manager / Area Manager - Corporate Channel
Purpose of the Job :
- The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing business leaders in large national and multinational organizations in the assigned region
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp :
- MBA with minimum 5-8 years of work experience.
- NISM certification compulsory.
Key responsibilities :
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporate in the region for growth in business.
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing business leaders, in large national and multinational organizations in the assigned region.
- Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and / or CEO's.
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.
Behavioural Competencies :
- Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality.
Role Specific Competencies :
- Exposure to MF industry will be added advantage.
- Product knowledge.
- Market knowledge / extensively networked.
- Key account management skills.
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally
