Job role Purpose :
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for building a Team of RM for New BD and managing HNI/ Corporates/ Family clients.
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a strong team of RMs for New Clients Empanelment
- Create Annual Budgets/ Distribution Strategies for each Investment opportunity of Acquiring new clients through networking, data base, market intelligence, or reference from existing clients.
- Demonstrates solid business development skills by acquiring profitable client relationships with high income/net worth clients.
- Build strong understanding and team capabilities to cross-sell various financial products like Invoice Discounting, Leasing, Revenue based Finances, NCDs/MLD's, etc to new and existing customers.
- Acts as the main point of contact for affluent and high end net worth clients.
- Build strong review process for meeting monthly targets.
- Provide reporting, analysis and forecasting to facilitate strategic decision making and to track performance to operating goals
- Work with Product team to ideate and formulating strategies for New products based on feedback from clients and with an objective of expanding the client base.
- Expert in conducting analysis of market trends/ requirements, collating market intelligence reports and chalking out measures for countering competition
Expected Behavioral Traits :
- A commercially astute and customer focused individual, with a solid sales track record and a proven ability to foster strong business relationship.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services would be added advantage.
- Start-up attitude: quick execution, self-drive and willingness to work long hours, agility
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to clients and team
- Ability to multitask.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, MBA Finance from premier institutes preferable
- Min 8-10 years of experience
- Experience of Scaling up business in start-up environment is preferred
