This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a Relationship Banking Head

Designation: Relationship Banking Head

Experience: total 8+ years of work experience in handling a team of relationships managers who are handling HNI, UHNI customers

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

To lead a group of four to six Relationship Managers who are handling HNI, UHNI customers

- Improving joint call engagement with high net worth clients

- Achieving the Branch targets and ensuring sales across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, credit cards, and internet trading, among other things.

- Assuring the relationship manager portfolio's Income Product Holding (IPH) and starting the cross-selling push

- Keeping an eye on the relationship managers' portfolio's quality sales and processes

- Hiring and preparing the Relationship Management Team

- To guarantee that the Relationship File is updated.

- Reaching Relationship Manager goals

- Operational Efficiency

- Handling of Portfolios
