Business Development Manager This person will be tasked with developing mutually beneficial relationships with the 900+ treatment providers on our platform. Each provider, whether using our platform for free or an advertising partner should be benefiting from our site. Key responsibilities : - Identify addiction/mental health providers that would be a fit for our paid advertising products and sell these products to them - Build and grow relationships with existing and new paid advertising partners, ensuring they are successful on our platform and presenting them with upgrade options when appropriate - Help DeAddictionCentres in provide value to all treatment providers in India by helping them optimize their presence on our site, helping build trust and show the value of our site - Your performance will primarily be measured by the growth of paid subscribers and overall revenue growth. In the first few months, you will report directly to the U.S. CEO with input from our Indian Advisory Team, but as the team and our Indian efforts stabilize you will report primarily to India Director. - This role can be based out of Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have : - At Least 4 years of B2B field sales and business development experience in Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore - Good exposure to digital marketing - Great communication skills in English and Hindi (local languages like Marathi or Kannada will be a plus) - Any previous experience of working with rehab centers or de addiction programs will be highly desirable Opportunity for social Impact : - Although we are a for profit organization and the revenue contribution from the rehab centers help us sustain and grow, our core mission is still directed towards helping people with different kinds of addiction. We have been working in the background for the last 8 years building a database of rehab centers across the country and decided to launch our full program in India this year. - This role will not only give you an opportunity to be part of a program with real social impact but also be a part of growth team in India working very closely with the US team. About RehabPath India Private Limited : RehabPath India is a new subsidiary of an American startup, RehabPath, Inc. We own De-Addiction Centres.in, India's primary site for finding addiction treatment information, and our Indian subsidiary is primarily focused on building and growing that endeavor. This subsidiary has been set up in May 2019, and as we hire our Indian team there will be direct involvement from both our US team and our Indian Advisory Team. All of our sites seek to provide comprehensive listings of addiction treatment options for site visitors. We rely on organic Google results to drive traffic to our sites. We list all treatment centers for free and monetize the sites by selling advertising and upgrades to treatment centers that are listed on the sites.
