Regulatory Reporting Role - Market Risk & Control Team - Investment Bank

Experience: 2 -6 years in MS Access and MS Excel VBA

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other equivalent qualifications

- Excellent working knowledge with MS Access objects such as creating and designing forms, tables, queries, controls, joins etc.

- Deep understanding about SQL /MS Access SQL

- Possess good work experience in VBA code to work with other object libraries such as Microsoft Outlook (auto-emailing feature)

- Possess work experience in Advanced Excel functions and charts to create and maintain Dashboard

- Finally, a thorough understanding of the process so as to elevate and broaden the scope of the tool to replace manual steps and multiple reports involved in the onboarding process.

- Prepare extensive regulatory MIS reports for various business verticals within markets

- Manage exceptions in our internal Supervisory portal/application

- Prepare presentation docs for different businesses across regions

- Responsible for regulatory exceptions processing

- Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the current application/system/ processes

- Administration of data, process flows and documentation

- Timely escalation of pending items and arising issues to the regional team leads

- Develop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective control framework

- Work closely with Global stakeholders
