Regulatory Reporting Role - Finance & Accounts - Bank - CA/CPA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Hiring for Finance and Accounts Regulatory Reports for Branded Bank for

- Education - CA / CPA or MBA from a premier institute

- 20+ years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory reporting (capital and liquidity preferred) in banking / financial services

- Exposure to International Accounting & Reporting Standards (US GAAP- s, FAS, IFRS)

- Sound understanding of various key regulations, including Capital Adequacy Reporting. LCR, single-borrower limits etc.

- Good knowledge of financial products (derivatives, swaps, interest, bonds, credit, etc.)

- Good understanding of system linkages and data flows

- Strong computer skills (advanced excel and macro/access), Oracle/SAP experiences. Exposure to emerging technologies is desirable

- Proven experience in managing and developing teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Self-motivated and independent having a control mindset

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes

- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

- Responsible for fulfilling the statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
