Executive- Regulatory Reporting- Developer

We are looking for developers and 3rd line support for Regulatory Reporting Systems

Work type: Full time

Location: Gurgaon

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development and 3rd Line Support of Regulatory Reporting Systems

- System Configuration

- Issue tracking and resolution

- Meeting with key users to determine and implement system changes or report design

- Managing development of enhancements of the system and coordination of business user acceptance testing

- Liaison with vendors with regard to solution implementation

- Maintaining and developing documentation for the team

- Monitoring and promoting the effective use of application

- Assist the team leader in delivery of key projects

In general, we require:

- Someone with experience in Datawarehouse

- Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL databases

- Familiarity with BI Tools such as Business Objects / SAS / Similar

- Willingness to accept responsibility and work as part of a team

- Well developed people skills

- Someone who enjoys daily interaction with a broad user and team base across multiple geographies

- Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverable within prompt time frames

- The ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions

- Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and multi-task

- Highly self motivated and demonstrating excellent problem solving abilities

- Ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to priorities despite conflicting requests

- Able to appropriately raise and discuss issues

- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Axiom or similar regulatory reporting software experience highly regarded

- Knowledge and experience in Datawarehouse and / or ETL tools

- Knowledge and experience in BI tools such as Business Objects, SAS

- SQL / Oracle development skills

- UNIX / Windows batch Scripting

- Advanced Microsoft Access / Excel skills

- SSAS/SSRS/SSIS experience desirable

- Visual Basic experience desirable

- .NET Experience useful

- Familiarity with industry standardised change management practices

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role you must possess:

- BE/MCA from reputed institute

- Experience is BFSI IT industry is a big plus

Total experience of 6+ years in IT industry.
