Regulatory Program Manager - Global Markets IT Team - Global Bank

The role is of a Regulatory Program Manager for the Global Markets IT team. It is a leadership role with an international brand, and is based out of Mumbai.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for Global markets regulatory program deliveries from India Solutions

- Lead various programs and projects of regulatory IT teams

- Liaison between the senior management and the global teams

- Collaborate with different stakeholders- vendors, users, management, etc.

- Build a collaborative professional relationship with key stakeholders

- Leverage industry experience and domain knowledge to establish credibility and get things done

- Gap analysis and providing action plan to plug the same

- Drive the technology agenda and promote automation in all areas

Ideal Candidate:

- Masters Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline

- At least 15 years of overall work experience is a must

- At least 10 years of Technology or Business Analysts leadership experience leading large programs and projects is a must

- Financial Services domain- regulations knowledge and managerial experience in the same is a must

- Functional and technical knowledge of Capital markets products, flows and applications

- Understanding of tech platforms like AIX/Linux/Oracle/JVM/Web

- Self driven individual with focus on driving the teams to success

- Ready to be hands-on when needed

- Excellent communication skills
