- Architect / B.E. Civil

- Should have the knowledge of Planning / Development rules & regulations of MMR Region

- Should know the Procedures / Steps involved / Stages for the building plan approval

- Should know about all the NOC's required for a particular project along with the Department concerned for such NOC's

- Should be able to calculate the required fees/ premiums to be paid to the planning authority for obtaining building plan and NOC's as per the prevailing rules and regulations

- Experience with infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, financial services, and retail loans will be an added advantage
