- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies and value propositions.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
