Responsibilities:

1. The person would have complete ownership of the end to end process of organic customer acquisition and activation.

2. Responsible for brand, copy, content creation, distribution, SEO and marketing collateral.

3. Identify opportunities for no/low cost growth, track performance of channels and run experiments.

4. Closely working with the team to come up with techniques that build virality loops, and boosts organic acquisition.

5. Lead the third party marketing tie-up efforts & amp; work on a lean start-up process.

6. The role will have team members reporting to candidate and have a significant Individual Contributor component, so hands on approach is a must.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of driving exponential organic growth for an internet based product.

2. Deep sensei-level knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

3. Excellent knowledge of SEO and ASO.

4. Must have strong analytical and data skills.

5. Innovative thinker, voracious learner along with 5 years of experience in other challenging environments prioritizing growth channels.

6. Uses data to take decisions - Dashboards, Segmentation Analysis etc. are a way of thinking for them.

Location - Remote
