Job Description :

- Recruitment for positions across businesses 

- Working with the business heads on recruitment planning, creating JDs, conducting interviews and taking care of end to end recruitment for Investment Banking, Institutional Equities and Mutual Funds.

- On boarding and Orientation 

- Welcoming the new recruit and creating a sense of belonging, leading Induction Sessions and administrative facilitation.

- Employee Engagement.

- PMS and HR Connect.

Candidate Profile :

- Banking Experience is must.

- Recruitment is main KRA.

- Working Experience of Employee engagement, recruitment, analytics, talent management and operations.
