Job Description :
- Responsible for driving sales, strategic account management for the region
- P/L responsibility, planning and executing business objectives and driving the regional team Role involves providing strategic inputs at all levels of client intervention and coaching team to hunt, farm key accounts and support closure meetings
- Must have strong leadership, KAM & Business development skills
- Work well in a collaborative environment
- Must have experience in developing business in HR services
- Ability to develop relationships with executive level of organisations particularly with Business Operations & Human Resources function
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to align with organisation strategy and create the annual business plan
- Effectively lead sales team through goal setting, coach and support
- Provide Strategic Guidance on RFP responses, proposals, pricing and contracts
- Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding, sales training for the team
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and coach team on how to shorten the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Implementation teams to deliver successful client engagements
- Gather client feedback on current & prospective needs to collaborate with the design & development team
- Drive interaction to accomplish penetration into current and prospective clients and build key accounts and strategic client base in the region
- Actively participate and represent the organisation in Leadership Meets & Seminars in building organisation brand
- Develop and execute marketing plan to drive growth for the Region
- Form strategic relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities
- Ensure the company's sales processes are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Motivate team to consistently meet or exceed given sales targets, as well as aid in the negotiation and closure
- Participate actively in sales calls and product/solutions demonstrations as appropriate and contribute to the rapid growth of sales, demonstrating outstanding sales management and closing skills to the team
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and detailed pipeline reports to Leadership Team
