Responsibilities include Annual training calendar & budgeting, Sales & Service target achievement, Management of branches in the region for training , identifying & realizing opportunities for growth.
- Review performance of each branch rigorously, provide tools & guidance to branch training team, enable decisions and ensure implementation of points given.
- Initiate and actively participate in Induction of new hires, competency development, motivation & retention of talent in the zone/region. Encourage innovation.
- Report on regional operations, Sales and Technical training & people indices as per timelines.
- Ensure CSR/SA/All Executive Parivartan Conversion for all branches under purview
- Build a high performance regional training team (sales, service & others) by actively initiating and participating in each stage of employee competency & career development. This includes induction, training, monitoring performance, review & feedback, coaching for success, R&R, motivation, planning progression, retention and ensuring hygiene factors of the branch training team is optimum.
