- The Regional Training Manager will work with the Sales & Marketing teams to train and coach highly effective salespeople.
- The role entails managing and working closely with salespeople to meet goals set by Sales & Marketing. Doing so will require designing and developing company-specific training materials to facilitate goals and assist salespeople.
- To demonstrate the success of these procedures, the Regional Training Manager will also be expected to collect and interpret data regarding training processes and salespeople's performance.
- Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance
- Deliver training requirement basis identified improvement areas in the sales team
- Determine training requirements by studying product offerings and Sales & Marketing strategic plans
- Design and develop training materials
- Collect and interpret data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques
- Support in forecasting sales training requirements and prepare annual plan and budget
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in building comprehensive sales, product, and soft skills training and training the sales team to have a consultative selling approach
- Strong analytical skills to review data/feedback and use that to create/improve training programs
- Good decision-making skills to determine the best way to address gaps in training or areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidates should be from B2B organizations in Emerging business segment
- Managing the Team of 5-7 Training Managers
- Experience in training large sales teams and driving sales outcomes
- Have worked on B2B sales training and both inside and field sales
- Experience developing training materials leveraging value selling/sales selling frameworks
