Talent Pipeline Assessments:
- Conduct Talent Pipeline assessments in the Region
- Create Assessment reports and IDP for all employees
- Identify development needs for employees as per process
- Track and ensure all employees adhere to the defined IDP
HiPo Program:
- Ensure identified HiPos are oriented and aligned to the HiPo program
- Track and ensure development of HiPos as per plan
- Conduct periodic assessments for HiPos
Training Need Identification
- Identify training needs through diagnostics IDPs
- Ensure completion of individual TNI for the cluster as per timelines
Induction Programs:
- Conduct Joining induction and Role Induction programs for Senior Store roles and Regional Office as per calendar
- Ensure that Induction program for store employees is as per plan
OD Interventions:
- Ensure the roll out of specific OD Interventions across the region as per the OD calendar.
- Eg - Culture Diagnostics, 360 degree feedback etc
Trainings calendar:
- PlanValidate monthly calendar in discussion with the Area Manager from operations and ensure there is no cancellation in the calendar
- Interact with operations to understand their requirement and share the same with corporate training manager
Implement Training Programs:
- Conduct or organise functional and behavioural training for employees
- Conduct orientation sessions for all line managers
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new hires
- Provide feedback on content pre and post training delivery
- Ensure that the staff meets his/her development plan
- Drive IST process
Training effectiveness and reporting:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
- Audit and review the career passport
- Submit reports and MIS as per timelines
Team Management:
- Ensure that trainers adhere to the training calendar
- Coach the team members on their development areas identified from the Assessments, Internal Customer feedback, Goal setting and score cards.
Mystery audit:
- Discuss the audit report with operations to train on actions finalized to improve the scores
HR support:
- Participate in DCs, engagement activities, LDS process and IDP discussions in the region
- Support HR to drive the buddy process
