Responsibilities :
- Planning the initial set-up of the restaurant.
- Finalizing on furniture and kitchen equipment and their placement for user friendly operations.
- Designing the menus using menu engineering tools.
- Worked on costing of Food and Beverages.
- Working on Table set-up, cover layout and sequence of service.
- Working on Training modules for the staff, helping them deliver excellent customer service.
- Working on inventory management.
- Setting up store for the restaurant, both dry and perishables.
- Implementing customer feedback management
- Training the kitchen staffs and maintaining the hygiene factors.
