- Assist the Central Operations Training management in identifying the right Training interventions and initiatives required for the Operations hierarchy across multiple locations - Execute the training initiatives and interventions planned and approved by the Central Operations Training team in the region. This includes end-to-end implementation accountability, comprising of initiation, tracking, regular status / completion reports and audits - Deliver quality training sessions to different audiences within the regional Operations hierarchy - ranging from the Operations Manager (OM)s to the Delivery Executive fleets - Conduct regular audits and prepare scorecards for the trainers within the region. - Assist the Central Operations Training Manager in managing the Operations Trainers in the region
