- To lead Regional marketing plan and support effective execution of the said marketing plan in different states within the region with special focus on BTL implementation. Based on market understanding evaluation of brand awareness needs in terms of shop / bar visibility Dealer Board, Flanges, Display (show window/Rack) POP, counter tops etc. - Evaluating outdoor media for Brand visibility and image building which includes - Hoarding, Buses, Bus Shelter, Kiosks, Wall Painting, Trams, Translites, etc. - To evaluate local opportunities which includes events, festivals, sponsorship opportunities, etc. - Track all marketing spends and keep record of brand wise spends V/s budget state wise for the zone. - Take all necessary approvals from Zonal Head & Marketing and maintain record of approvals & spends. - Ensure that all proposals approved are implemented as per requirement. - Evaluate all activities and send in the feedback report to marketing. Regular MIS to all concerned. - Vendor Handling (proper selection of vendors, ensure timely delivery of promotional items, selection of innovative gifts, vendor benchmarking etc.) - 12+ yrs. of experience in FMCG/Beverage/Telecom industry/Consumer durables in sales promotion, trade marketing, consumer activation and events. Post graduate in marketing preferred from reputed institutions.
