Field Marketing:
- Maintain visibility of Distributors and manage marketing material inventory for channel partner.
- Plan and execute a 6 month rolling Field Marketing plan
- Oversee all aspects of planning for South India campaigns and events, from concept and planning, through execution, and follow-up
- Manage budgeting and handle reporting of costs and results for each program/event
Trade Marketing:
- Forms the trade marketing calendar in collaboration with Zones and marketing
- Ownership for trade marketing budgets
- Owner of Trade loyalty programs & Distributor loyalty programs
- Develop trade promotion modules to convert business from/at wholesalers, distributors and retailers
- Launch, Connect and Conversion modules for all trade partners involving end users including loyalty programs
- Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions Participate in relevant trade exhibition to gain mileage.
- Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities. Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
- Work to develop trade communications - traditional and digital
- All programs are successful from beginning to end.
Communication :
Execute the communication plan for Petronas Lubricant, involving:
- Landscape Scan: Help scan the competitive landscape and relevant target audience, sales pitch and communication material being used by competition.
- Advertising: Help develop and execute the economical and innovative regional advertising initiatives, and media plan that is appropriate and relevant to the target audience and sales channels of the company.
- R&R Support : communicate and motivate business team and channel partner to qualify for various R&R programs time to time. Helping sales promotion team for execution of R&R programs.
