Job Description
Reporting into the National Sales Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Trade spend management: Scheme evaluations, designing control frameworks, handling distributor claims and compliance to monthly deal plan & control guidelines; with critical analysis of deal spends and control over expenses
- Sales expense management
- Complete management of C&F Agents
- Inventory management for the region
- Customer management (credit analysis and AR)
- Statutory compliances (VAT, Sales tax, commercial/legal obligations, audits)
- Budgeting and planning - provide support and guidance to the sales team
The Successful Applicant
- You must be a qualified CA (ICWAs/CMAs/CPAs please excuse), from the 2007/08/09 batch. Strong preference for first attempts. You must have sales accounting/trade finance experience in a large FMCG setup. Our client is hiring for its leadership pipeline, so you must be an excellent communicator with a well-rounded personality and proven interest in leading peers.
