Regional Technical Manager - Real Estate

- Evaluating technical reports submitted by the empanelled vendors and compare the Construction or prevailing state Vis state-bye laws.

- Scrutiny of technical valuation reports & confirming final Valuation Amount for each of the case

- For determining the LTV.

- Providing advice to all business on an accepted collateral & points to be kept in mind with Respect to various properties.

- To ensure due diligence during appraisal of the property and keep a check on frauds relating to Property.

- Adherence to TAT by the appointed external technical counsel in providing the reports.

- Co-ordinate and interact with the external vendors and discuss the issues in various properties.

- Monitoring and assessing performance of Empanelled Vendors as prescribed.

- Maintain and circulate MIS of all the cases including agreements, checklist, etc.

- Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.

- Carryout spot checks on a frequent basis.
