Purpose of the Job
Min 4-5 years should be in preparing large bids as solution architect for telecom or IT networking products.
The product dev. & soln group team collaborates to ensure preparation & development of feasible and effective techno-commercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, for large, national level complex bids, using existing or new technologies, through management of a team of BSG consultants at the corporate & regional level. The incumbent would facilitate designing of profitable and replicable solutions which may be deployed with minimal customization for a large number of customers is the key aspect of the job.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities):

- With your strong business acumen and understanding of current and future trends, you construct and deliver superior customized solutions.
- You work in close collaboration with the sales team and support them in understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solutioning requirements right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.
- Managing bids for the set of allocated accounts is a significant area of your responsibility .
- With excellent people management skills you manage a team of senior consultants& solution architects.
- You drive OB and Revenue targets managed by the sales team.
- You play an important role in facilitating co-development and designing of accurate Product Information Documents (PIDs) with the product management team
- Revenue protection by upsell and cross sell in cases of Rate renewal
Key challenges will be around:
- Customer expectations on cost effective, feasible and innovative solution provisioning
- Integration of various voice and data transmission technologies
- Concurrent increase in infrastructure & project implementation support
- Pricing inputs on basis of market data/ trends for a particular solution
