Responsibility Areas :
a. Visi. sellers with defined beat plan
b. Ensure opportunity conversion (except pricing) with daily availability updates
c. Assist category on base pricing along with credit opportunities conversions with seller discussions
d. Provide local market inputs with pricing polls, supply challenges (incoming rakes, brand stock outs etc.)
e. Measure & adhere each delivery's TAT, provide OTIF
f. Quote to pending enquiries with follow ups with category, if needed
g. Monitor and update on live enquiries
2. Strategic
Responsibility Areas :
a. Plan Seller led schemes to liquidate inventory along with periodic reviews
b. Plan seller wise monthly target (WTD, MTD)
c. Improve seller performance by seller score involvement & building excitement
d. Identification and BD for new categories for local market
e. Tech adoption Drive seller portal adoption
Qualifications :
a. Experience in working in ECOM B2B space a plus (OFB, Zetwerk, Moglix, Infra market would be preferred)
b. Sound commercial understanding
c. Ability to pick & close conversations with regional dealers/ sellers
d. Local language understanding a must
