The candidate should have extensive experience at Regional Level for Supply Chain Finance for Anchor / Corporate Tie-ups.
- Ability to independently Tie-up with Mid & Large Corporates for their Vendor/Dealer Finance requirements.
- Self-starters, self-motivated & with ability to build business from scratch for the region is key to the role.
- Experience of structured working capital finance products & asset backed finance for Supply Chain Finance/SME/Mid corporates (Pre-Shipment Finance, Post Shipment Finance, WCTL, LAP, etc.) is a pre-requisite.
- Drawing up plan to Build business for the Region is a key area of this position.
- Accountably for P & L for the Region.
- Market know how, client networking & ability to acquire business on your own is key for this role.
- Portfolio monitoring & collections are also part of this role.
- Regular interaction with other internal stake holders including Credit, Legal, operations, etc. is part of the role.
- Fair understanding of evaluating balance sheet & P and L is essential.
