We are a head hunting and staffing solution organization, based in Pune and specialize in providing recruitment solutions to major Telecom, FMCG, KPO, Banking, BPO & IT Players for senior positions.

The details are as following:

Position: Regional Solution Architect

Function :- Marketing

Why this position exist?

Solution Architects are the team members who take charge of all complex solution business from the sales team once the opportunity is identified. Post that they play the role of Techno commercial interface with the customer and TTL. Right from understanding the requirement till executing it is under solutions architect’s key deliverables.

To Lead the Solutions team within SME; Team objective would be to facilitate sales / CRM by helping them in presales activity, understanding customer requirement, provide customized solutions and explain the benefits to customer.; to increase cross selling of products to existing customers; to help provide value effective solutions. This position is required mainly for complex and multiproduct solutions.

KRA

- Pre Sales activities like customer meeting for understanding the requirement, study the current process of customer, design and prose cost effective solution, explains the benefit and cost analysis to help the sale team to close the order.

- Influencing the customer decision making process.

- Acquiring market share in the SME space by promoting competitive (cost effective) best-fit solution permissible under regulation through understanding of customer needs and use of Bundling and Innovation.

- Defining service deliverables. Work with cross functional team for quick implementation

- Formalizing process of delivery of ordered services.

- Providing guidance to the Product / Technology team in terms of new product development.

- Pricing & tariff of customized solutions.

- Innovative solutions for selected market segment. Implement the same as a test drive and on successful implementation create case studies and launch it as a regular solution for sales team through product team.

- Work as a product / solution champion for one of the assigned product line. For that product he will support the queries from all SA across all regions.

- APPO : Multiproduct sales as % of total solutions

- Training : To train all customer facing Engines for Level 2 & 3 to understand the complex solutions.

Responsibility

- Increase multiproduct sales “APPO”

- Increase multiproduct penetration in existing base “EPPC”.

- Contributes to the pre-sales effort with solution specialization

- Identifies potential solutions at high level with pros and cons

- Participates in bid proposal response

- Conducts trainings & capability presentation

- Understand Client Requirements & Translates client business requirements into specific deliverables

- Defines scope and design criteria & develop BOM

- Works across cross functional teams & external vendors & OEMs

- Develops best practices & Consultative Selling approach

- Focuses on results and success, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.

Capability & Competencies :-

- Rigorous knowledge of available communications Products

- Understanding of evolving technology

- Potential to identify future products and services

- Knowledge of competitive products in the market

- Knowledge of regulatory framework

- Understanding of cost / ROI or ROCE

- Understanding of ISIT capabilities

- IP Based Networking

- Transmission Networking

- Knowledge of Data Communication and Managed Services

- Knowledge of Data and VAS Products.

QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

BE/B-Tech with MBA with 5 –10 years of experience

Requirement :-

- Possess highly developed interpersonal skills, including high level written and verbal communication skills

- Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment.

- Flexibility and prioritization

- Should have multitasking capabilities

- Be results-oriented and driven

- Display a proven ability to work under pressure

- Be a team player that communicates openly, directly and diplomatically
