Responsibilities :

The Regional Solution Architect - Enterprise Systems

- Incumbent will be the key IT partner for all SAP and S4 related solutions for the purpose of business-IT joint strategy development, solution discovery, Solution Architecting and project planning & delivery,

- Incumbent has direct accountability for the robust scalable designs, review and ratification of all the SAP solutions being driven in the region, timeliness and quality of services that are provided by our staff and third party service providers.

- The role is responsible for multiple globally diverse teams in the Solution Design and delivery of projects spanning across ERP and non ERP platforms, prototype and implement new solutions in support of business objectives and projects.

- Works with all IT Services teams (Security, infrastructure, applications teams, business partners, business clients, external vendors, and service delivery partners) to define, prototype, and implement new solutions in support of business objectives and projects.

- Is responsible for establishing day-to-day operational support for IT applications that includes supplier management activities, business continuity, and overall service delivery support operations (with the service delivery Manager) including change, incident, problem and configuration management.
