OFFERED CTC - 12lac to 15lac approx pa ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Regional service operations manager
DESIGNATION - Senior Manager
SPAN OF CONTROL - Branches Handling - 18 approx ; Team- Direct 7- 8 and indirect 50
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Process Adherence
- Customer Complaint Resolution with TAT
- Branch Audit on Customer Service Process
- Persistency/ Customer Renewals
- Developing procedures and service standards for business excellence
PROFILE PREFERENCE - Relevant profiles handling multiple branches.
- Candidates previously worked with persistence, escalations, customer care but currently working in sales can be considered.
INDUSTRY : Insurance.
Extensive travelling within assigned territory .
