Regional Service Manager - Surgical Medical Equipments

- Managing service operation, escalations, warranty & annual maintenance contract management, Installation, Quality Assurance of medical equipment customer satisfaction, generating service revenue & Lead the team.

- Ensure all customer complaints are registered in CRM and attended as per timeline.

- Ensure all customer complaints are resolved as per the timeline and if not personally visit and resolve the problem.

- Ensure 100 % Preventive maintenance completion in the region.

- Joint work with service engineers to provide training, coaching, supporting, guiding and problem resolution.

- Performance evaluation, identification of improvement area and providing feedback of service engineers.

- Customer relationship building

- Team leading, monitoring, and coaching of service engineers

- Stakeholder management

- Target achievement of AMC, PM, and consumables

Qualification And Experience :

1. Diploma/ B Tech/ BE in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Biomedical with 8+ years of total experience in servicing of Medical Laser/ Surgical Equipment's & leading the team.

2. Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.

3. Ability to effectively comprehend and communicate technical concepts.

4. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

5. Strong time & project management skills.

6. Detail orientated.

7. Strong organizational skills.

8. Able to collaborate and interact with others.
