Regional Manager Service (Modular Kitchen & Furniture Fittings)
- Set-up Product & Project technical Support for existing products and NPI.
- Technical Field support for products including creation of technical dockets and training
- Process Compliance and escalation in case of Process/ System Failure.
- Achieving Service TAT in the ZONE.
- Monitoring ASP and Service WD Performance by regular visits/ audits.
- Validating FOC Spares Claims.
- Service Documentation and Record Keeping.
- Supporting ASPs on Call Management Process and ensuring compliance.
- Assigning Priorities to Key Accounts and monitoring their satisfaction levels.
- Teaming up with Sales at enquiry and pre-delivery stage and formulizing Service Solution.
- Ensuring timely Project Execution within budgeted service cost.
- Communicating/ escalating exceptions and deploying solution on approval.
- Evaluate ASP performance and documenting records on set frequency.
- Recommending continuation/ appointment/ discontinuation of ASPs and contractors.
- Creating Training Calendar ASPs and Contractors Personnel Skill Development and Implementation.
- Checking / Auditing Pay-outs of carpenters as per the call handled.
- Tracking processes, service offerings and approach by competition.
- Tracking market conditions, labour rates etc.
- Exploring areas of cooperation with other service providers and contractors.
