Job Description :

Job purpose :

Drive and deliver Customer and channel satisfaction and build and nurture positive perception for Company products resulting in enhanced demand for Company products.

Job profile :

Drive retention and acquisition of Fleet customers (Truck, Bus and Taxi) through effective implementation of Fleet module :

- Directly responsible for Top 60 Fleets as per PJP 40 retention managed by both TL and RSM and 20 acquisition managed by RSM and post lead generation migrated to TL

- Review implementation of fleet module by Territory Leaders for their PJP

- Drive adoption of E-Fleet module in the RO (self and Territory Leaders)

- Ensure correct fitment of product (application based) in RO and, for any deviations observed, take corrective measures including coaching and subsequent review with TLs and channel partners

Track product performance in the RO through following :

- Test fitment under dedicated product evaluation programs from Head Office (self and Territory Leaders as per fleets under PJP)

- Test fitment under Fleet acquisition or retention program led by RO (self and Territory Leaders as per fleets under PJP)

- Product complaints gathered in market working (via self / Territory Leaders / Channel partners / CFA), and then assessed and validated

- Any critical / recurrent defects coming as Claim

- Develop Testimonials for product performance and share across the RO team and with ZSMs

- Drive execution of customer activities including Application based Customer meets, Driver Training Program, OEM Service Camp, Tractor Meets and Influencer meets (on own and through Territory Leaders as per agenda carved in MOR)

- Coach and Review Territory Leaders on Fleet module implementation, Claims handling (by TLs and authorized channel partners), Wrong adjustments and C2C and drive adherence to norms
