Position:- Regional Manager - Service

Education and Certification : Minimum Graduate

Preferred: Degree Engg in Electronics/MBA in IT

Exp. 5 - 7 Years (4+ yrs in any service/distribution in IT Company & 2 Yrs exp in managing team)

Job Descrition:-

- Setting & reviewing KRA of each Branch Team Member.

- Ensure best productivity from team.

- Ensure TAT been maintain of each business Line.

- Relationship with Key vendor /Channel partner.

- Increasing service revenue. & make branch profitable.

- Timely approval to branches/HO.

- Regular Branch Visits.

- New product training to team members.

- Solving customer grievances.

- Experience of managing/delivering multi locations & multi customer , customer support services for IT /Telecom products .

- To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.

- Manage the MIS for the region. Ensure we meet both the top and bottom line. processes

- Manage People based out of different locations/Cities. Willing to travel on regular basis.

- Participation in client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.

- To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.

- Device action plan based on CSAT report and implementation of same.

Desirable skills:

- IT Product repair expertise.

- Systematic approach.

- High on grievance solving.
