Description ;
The position will report directly to the National Service Manager and have the following areas of key responsibilities
- Provide technical and repair support service for products in the region assigned by the NSM
- Conduct /oversees/manages product installation, and develop operation/maintenance guide for customers
- Own up the Service Ez app-based task for the North Region
- Ensure that the Response time, Resolution Time are as per the targets by Franchise
- Conduct /oversees/manages Preventive Maintenance at customers site as per the calendar released by Control Tower
- Ensure a smooth flow of repair by collaborating and cooperating with regional sales/service team to meet customer expectations
- Leads the spares productivity improvement projects for the North Service Center
- Leads the Goal Setting for the North Team on the Operational metrics
- Works on the Customer Satisfaction Index and focused on top 20 Customers
- Develop relationships with key customers and be responsible for achieving the budgeted AMCs/CMCs revenues for the region.
- Build a relationship with the BioMedical Engineers at the Installation sites .
- Conducts on-site surveys/ collaborates with control tower team to measure the Quality Index for the Customers
- Pitch on commercial for the new AMC / CMC
- Responsible for the Growth, Customer Retention and Quality for the Zone, Customers.
- Conduct Operations review with the TEAM on weekly basis
- Leads the India Operations review for North on weekly basis .
- Endeavors to bring in the best practices from global locations
Profile :
EDUCATIONAL / ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
- Degree holder in Engineering with specialization in Biomedical Engineering preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PROFESSIONAL / PERSONAL TRAITS
- 10 years of experience in Technical Services, Maintenance
- Understand the concepts of TPM
- Must have handled a TEAM on 10 ~12 persons
- High learning agility to understand products on Mechanical, Electronics, IP technology
- Able to develop clear & logical plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communications skills
