- Person should have After Sales Service operation for passenger vehicle .
- To keep a watch on customer concerns and take needful steps to prevent customer issues and eliminate elements of surprise which may cause dissatisfaction.
- New channel development & guide existing dealers to & ensure profitability of service operations and achieve 90% plus DSS (Dealer Satisfaction Score) for Regional office in service support.
- Ensure dealer service manpower development by planning training of key manpower to deliver process and repair quality to enhance service quality.
- To enhance customer service experience by means of Express service, engine recon etc.
- To keep my team motivated and guided to attain desired level of results and to obtain 90% plus in ESS (Employee Satisfaction Score).
