- Daily Tracking of Open Call management
- Monitor Daily and Monthly Performance and Reviews
- Branch revenue and Profitability
- Branch Audits
- Setup Implementation Technical and Process adherence at Branches for various Projects
- Ensuring Achievement of SLA as per set targets for All projects
- Capability Building and development of Branch Engineers
- Manpower Planning based on input from Vendors/Project Manager
- Develop and Ensure Customer Delivery and Customer Satisfaction as per Target SLA
- Channel and dealer relationship management
- Co-ordination with NSC and Project Managers and Branches
- TAT
