Regional Sales Training Manager - North & East - FMCG

1. Responsible for designing of training policy and strategy for the sales division, retail sales.

2. Facilitating relevant training workshops for field force; designing and facilitate train the trainer programs.

3. Developing the retail sales training organization network through key interfaces with internal and external training fraternity.

4. Handling the liaison with other comparable organizations for bench marking field practices; providing team lead for sales training executives.
