Job Purpose
As a part of the CEO/COO's operating team you shall be assigned projects/programs basis organisation's priority. These assignments would typically range multi years. You shall be a part of the Sales Strategy team for one of our Business P&L. Your responsibility would be to coach,drive and manage one or more sales team and be accountable for strategizing and achievement of Sales Target. Your role would involve the following:
Strategy- The thinking
Tactical- The planning
Review- Monitoring progress
Analysis
Financial Accountability:
- Accountable for achieving the sales revenue target of the assigned team. Focus on top line.
- Forecasting, budgeting and Planning the sales revenue targets .
Role and Responsibilities:
Sales:
a. Understanding sales funnel
b. Ensure implementation of the sales funnel
c. Coach and train sales team-members on tools, methods and process to implement the sales funnel
d. Accountable for the daily output of the sales team
e. Continuously review performance of the sales team
f. Identification of revenue generation opportunities and network and engage with clients to increase client engagement, penetration and revenues.
g. Responsible for building key accounts and generating big ticket deals
h. Accountable for sales cluster planning
PeopleManagement:
- Develop coaching, train sales teams
- Building sales teams to achieve revenue targets
Customer / Client Management:
- Conceptualize, design and implement tools, methods and processes for on time and continual engagement with client during and post the selling phase to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for client retention
