Regional Sales - corporate sales
Responsibilities:
- Working to onboard the Corporate SMB, Manufacturing & Institutional clients in the defined TG
- Working closely with Distributors to on board clients through their connects & referrals
- Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders
- Manage relationship and ensure profitability of all the accounts in West
- Generating expected revenue from the assigned accounts
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Generating additional revenue by using the window of opportunity to sell CPG products
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Requirements:
- MBA with 12 to 16 years of experience, preferably in corporate/enterprise sales
- An experience of onboarding & managing medium & large corporates
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven track record in channel (distributor) management
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in handling large enterprise deals
- Problem-solving attitude
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills with a customer oriented mindset
